Service Description

This gentle and supportive course combines physical postures, breathing techniques and mindfulness practices. We will focus on rebuilding strength in the abdominal and pelvic floor areas, enhance flexibility through gentle stretches to ease common postnatal discomforts and use breathing techniques and meditation to promote well needed rest and relaxation.
